Lhong 1919 in Bangkok is a unique riverside attraction located in the Khlong San district. This restored heritage site was originally a steamship pier and warehouse built in the 19th century by Chinese immigrants. It features traditional Chinese architecture, including a shrine dedicated to Mazu, the goddess of the sea, making it both a cultural and historical landmark.

After meticulous renovations, it reopened in 2017 as a vibrant lifestyle space. Visitors can enjoy a mix of contemporary and traditional elements, with upscale restaurants, boutique shops, art galleries, and cultural exhibits. The preservation efforts retained much of the original structure’s charm, such as exposed brick walls and century-old murals.
